THE tremendous amount of paperwork with which the fleet operator has to contend these days is a constant source of worry to many managers. The number of documents required before a goods vehicle can be legally used in a business is quite staggering. This week, instead of my usual discours on some aspect of the law, I have prepare two tables, one for the driver and the othe for the owner, giving all the document needed before a vehicle can be legall operated, to serve as a" check list" to be use to ensure the law is complied with.
