I WONDER if those drivers who annoy and frustrate J. Eastman (CM December 3) by driving with their high-intensity rear fog lamps on in mist and rain di so because he is one of those ignorant drivers who insist on driving so close to the vehicle in front that their only defence is to switch on their rear fog lamps to make him drop back a few yards.
