Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FIRE and looting in an Ulster warehouse caused the loss of Christmas toys for the 900 children in Dr Barnardo's care in the province. But Pickfords, heavily disguised as Santa Claus, came to the rescue after a BBC TV Breakfast Time nationwide appeal to replace the gifts.

Pickfords volunteered the services of its 150 branches to collect toys from the 670 Abbey National Offices acting as reception points. Freightliner provided Santa's sledge, which was piled with 40,000 presents, enabling children far beyond Northern Ireland to benefit as well.
