THE FOREIGN Office has still not had any news of the fate of Hestair Dennis managing director John Smith who has now been in prison for nine weeks in Baghdad, Iraq.
Mr Smith was arrested on July 5 and accused of bribery which Dennis has since strenuously denied.
He had gone to Iraq to renew sales contacts following the lifting of a ban on British goods in the area.
