has designed the Pribro work bench as a multipurpose piece of equipment with the customer choosing from a number of standard boxes and work surfaces. There are four steel surfaces, 1/4in plate (heavy duty), 10swg plate (medium /heavy plate), 14swg (light duty). Alternative surfaces are kerbing, birch blockboard or plastic laminate on chipboard.
Accessories available include a retaining lip, bottom and intermediate shelf, bench cladding. drawer units, fitted cupboard units, sliding doors, back face, shelf units and a tool holder clipping over the back face.
The main frame and legs of the heavy/medium-duty bench are constructed from 40mm • (11/2in) square box section steel while the light-duty model uses 25mm (lin) square box section steel. All the benches are of a fully welded construction and are finished in a chipand oilresistant paint.
