Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BASED on an Austin 25-cwt. chassis with an 18-in. extension to the wheelbase, a mobile buffet, one of an order for two, has recently been completed by J. H. Jennings and Son Ltd., Sandbach, Cheshire, to the order of the Hotels Executive of the British Transport Commission, which is using it during the Festival of Britain.

A replica of the 1950 Earls Court Show model, it houses many fittings designed for speedy, efficient service. They include a Calor gas installation., fitted cupboards, shelves and showcases. Entrame is gained through a rear doorway with recessed steps, the riser of the steps being detachable to give access to the spare wheel.

All the fittings are arranged in the form of an open rectangle, with a central serving gangway. The bulkhead behind the driver's cab is solid and has a recessed centrepanel behind the Calor gas urn. A gas ring is fitted to the front counter. Calor gas cylinders are accommodated in the front locker and are readily removable for replacement. The stainless steel washbasin, with draining board and hot and cold taps, is of generous proportions and is situated to the rear of the vehicle.

Cold-storage cupboards are built into the off-side counter, and a fruit-squash dispenser is fitted to the side panel. A Perspex showcase is located on the off-side counter, opposite the serving hatch, which has a two-level counter with built-in showcases.

All the necessary fresh water is carried in a 60-gallon tank mounted high up in the front bulkhead. The colour scheme is blue and pastel peach, with attractive lettering to tone.
