Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

If you're looking for a used MAN in the border country you're bounc check out Borderman (Trucks); we went to see what's on offer.

The second dealer we visited in Carlisle paints a different picture from its Kite-badged competitor just around the corner. Borderman (Trucks) is the independent MAN dealer covering south-west Scotland and north Cumbria with affiliation to the recently resurgent MAN Diesel used truck concept.

Heading up the second-hand department is sales manager for used vehicles Ian Peck, whose background is selling cars and vans. After twoand-a-half years in trucks he feels the main difference is that truck customers know exactly what they want and that they are prepared to travel for a decent deal. What's more he's enjoyed plenty of repeat custom.

In the main his stock is sourced from Swindon, or MAN Scotland, with the odd truck coming in from part exchange.Two-thirds of his vehicles sold are 7.5-tonners with tippers being the most popular, followed by boxes, curtainsiders and horse or cattle-box conversions Tractors are normally fleet-spec 6x2s that are sold to smaller operations. Peck reports that 75% of his business is local, although he has sold Vehicles throughout the length and breadth of Britain. He finds that demand is matching supply and usually keeps 10 to 12 vehicles on the forecourt. He normally gets the first pick of the Eddie Stobart MAN trucks as they come up for replacement.
