Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

GOODYEAR HAS introduced what it claims is the first CV tyre management system to be accessed via the interne.

FleetOnlineSolutions is a panEuropean service based around a tailor-made contract covering vehicle and tyre records, tyre repair and replacement policies and billing information.

While the service is most rel evant for larger fleets, it is available free of charge to virtually any operator running a "reasonable" proportion of Goodyear products.

Access is available both to operators and to TruckForce tyre dealers, the Goodyear Serviceline 24hr breakdown network and the firm's retreading operations.

For the past few months the system has been on trial with Lex Transfleet/Amtrak in Cannock, Exel Special Products/Rank Hovis in Southampton and the Thamesdown Bus company in Swindon. More recently, the trials have moved to the Continent, starting with Ewals Cargo Care, which operates between Sweden and the Czech Republic.
