Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A heavy-duty industrial cleaning fluid has been developed by the hygiene department of Walkers (Century Oils) Ltd., The product is an all-purpose cleaning, degreasing and dewaxing fluid known as Centivele. It requires no mixing and can be used straight from the container. If a weaker solution is required, it can easily be mixed with water. It will not clog tanks, pipes or steam coils and does not leave a deposit or tacky residue.

Centivele is a neutral fluid. It contains no solvents to harm paintwork, nylon or rubber and it is not harmful to the skin. It incorporates a scale inhibitor that helps to prevent a further build-up of scale and corrosion.

Field testing has shown that Centivele can be used to clean and degrease metals as well as tiled and concrete floors and machine parts.

It can be applied either by feeding into a steam-cleaning jenny by the normal method, by metering into a pressure water hose or by hand cleaning with a brush or cloth. Centivele leaves a non-slip surface which can be painted. It dries quickly under normal conditions, and drying can be accelerated by steam or hot water.
