Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Reading that Mr. Galton of the Road Transport Society is about to start a photographic library (CM May 16), I thought it appropriate that your readers should be informed about our photographic library.

We have been gathering material together for this for two or three years now and our files are literally bursting with prints and negatives. Our aim is to gather together the largest collection of commercial, municipal, military and fairground vehicle photographs in the country, if not in the world, thereby providing a central photographic information service for enthusiasts, operators, manufacturers and authors.

May I. therefore, reiterate Mr. Galton's request and ask that if anyone has any photographs or negatives to spare they send these to us for inclusion in the library. If they also state what sort of vehicles they are interested in we can arrange to swop such items with them. D. N. MILLER, Publicity Officer, Commercial Vehicle and Road Transport Club, 33 Warren Drive, Eastcote, Ruislip, Middx.
