The machine works on excavation and site jobs and travels on the road from site to site and we have seen somewhere that there are exemptions for this type of machine.
AAs far as we know your machine does not
come within the exemptions for vehicles engaged on road works, This only relates to motor vehicles or trailers designed for use in work of construction or repair of road surfaces with tyres provided with smooth treads for such use. Your machine must comply with the tyre regulations at all times it is being used on the road.
