MR. F. C. EMERSON. deputy branch manager in the Midlands of Regent Oil Co., Ltd., is leaving Birmingham for Brighton to become Southern branch manager. He joined Trinidad Leaseholds, Ltd., the parent company, in 1939. His successor in the Midlands is MR. J. f W. MILES, formerly divisional manager at Cardiff.
