South Wales and Monmouthshire agricultural show secretaries, at their annual meeting at Neath, passed a resolution asking road-transport and railway companies to carry animals to and from agricultural shows at singlejourney rates for double trips. Representatives of the Western Welsh Omnibus Co., Ltd., and the London, Midland and Scottish Railway Co. pointed out the difficulties of complying with such a request.
