• In the Industry News section (12-18 May 199,0 we carried a report of a writ issued by 48 hauliers against Richard Tuxford and R Justice & Sons ("RJS"). We have been asked to make it clear that: 1 Although the writ refers to the alleged theft of parts and vehicles by others, it does not allege that I2.15 had any part in any alleged theft nor that RJS disposed of or assisted in the disposal of such parts;

2 The writ does not seek an order for the payment of damages by RJS to the hauliers; but seeks a declaration that RJS holds property and money on trust for Mr Tuxforcl, and for the amount and value of that claim to be determined.

To the extent that these matters were not clear to readers of the article, CM wishes to apologise.
