Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CENTRAL Tyre Company, the Pirelli subsidiary, has published a book listing the recommended wheel nut torque settings for a variety of commercial vehicles and trailers.

The A4 format book, bound in a tough orange plastic cover, contains twelve pages of technical information and advice on the different types , of wheel fixings and the correct way to assemble and mount wheels. This is followed by 36 tables listing nut torque settings by vehicle make. All the settings are quoted in the commonly understood imperial (lb ft) system.

Central plans to regularly update the tables. Copies of the book are available, free of charge, from Central Tyre Company at Dunstable.
