• Air Products Ltd, of Burslem, Stoke-onTrent, held its third annual driving competition at Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffs. on Sunday. More than 70 drivers employed by the company, which carries gas products, competed and all the vehicles used were AEC Mandators. Team prize went to Rotherham depot competitors, P. Shipman, L. Rowlands and H. Young. Mr Shipman won the Air Products Driver of the Year award.
