WITH the-deadline for the end of the consultation period on the Government's transport policy paper just a few days off there has been a rush of policy statements.
The British Road Federation had their say this week as did British Rail (see page 4) and two weeks ago the Freight Transport Association and the Road Haulage Association put forward their viewpoints.
But they are the heavyweights of the transport world and some of the smaller bodies have also been looking at how the Green Paper would affect their members if it was put into practice,
