Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Mi Citroen has unveiled the latest round of measures intended to maintain its aggressive commercial vehicle marketing strategy. The current campaign involves discounted prices until March 31, for fleets up to 100 light commercials, by up to £3,500. There are also some specification improvements, including the fitting of remote central locking to all Relay models. More significantly, the new estate car-based Xsara Enterprise van has had its spec upgraded before even going on sale.

It has also announced pricing details of the alternative fuel Berlingo line-up. The Dual Fuel 6001 LX petrol/LPG model, based on the 1.41 petrol engine, is priced at £9,995 (18,809 until March 31). Unfortunately, due to the way the government's Powershift is improvement-based, the Berlingo is not eligible for either a Powershift purchase grant or London congestion charge discount, being based on a relatively clean engine to begin with.

No such problems however with the zero-tailpipe emission Berlingo Electrique 500E. Its 28kW Ni-Cad battery-powered motor gives 60mph over a range of up to 60 miles. The price of £15,345 (ex-VAT) now Includes outright purchase of 27 NI-Cad batteries (which have an expected life of around five years and a replacement cost in the region of £5,000).

The latest addition to Citroen's light nv line-up, the Xsara Enterprise. is about to go on sale. Based on the Xsara five-door estate car, the Enterprise's 1,660mm-long, 1.5m3 loadspace has a flat non-slip load floor and four tiedown points. It is targeted at what Citroen sees as the gap left by the departure of the Ford Escort van and now only occupied by the Vauxhall Astravan. Citroen has increased the Enterprise's specification

and given an introductory £1,000 cashback on the £10,995 price.

Conversions

• Citron's CV Converter Programme now incorporates products from 13 manufacturers. These range from Berlingo and Dispatch meals-on-wheels vehicles from SVP and TVC, up to three-axle highcube vans and recycling vehicles from Fame and car transporters from Rohill. About to go on sale is the 3.2m Tipmaster steel/alloy tipper based on the 3.5-tonne Relay with the 104hp, 2.2 HDi driveline.
