are to be found in "The Goods Vehicle (Plating and Testing) Regulations 1968" which can be obtained from Her Majesty's Stationery Office, price 3s 9d. Also on the subject of plating and testing. the Ministry of Transport issues a booklet "Plating and Testing of Goods Vehicles". This is obtainable free from your local Licensing Authority's office.
The new system of operators' licensing is to be found in "The Goods Vehicles (Operators' Licensing) Regulations 1969", also from HMSO, price 2s. The Ministry has also issued a free booklet, "A Guide to Operators" Licensing", which gives all the necessary information.
