Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ATRAILER capable of carrying either cable drums or transformers, and requiring only a few minutes for conversion for either purpose, has been supplied to an electricity board by Richard C. Gibbins and Co., Ltd., Berkley Street, Birmingham, 1. The 4-ton unit comprises a Gibbins cable-drum trailer between the bearers of which may be slung a platform for supporting transformers. The front of the platform is carried on pin joints anchored to .the underside of the front cross-member of the trailer chassis.

When the cable-drum jacks are screwed down, the platform tilts to form a ramp up which the load may be winched. When the load is in position, the jacks are operated to raise the platform to its normal level.
