Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

As reported on our financial page, a new company, to be known as Farmer Federal Motors, Ltd., has been formed to act as sole concessionnaire in England and Northern Ireland for Federal vehicles. This make of machine is popular in America, and we understand that Federal trucks will be assembled in this country at the Sheffield depot of E. H. Pickford and Co., Ltd.

Mr. E. C. B. Farmer is chairman of the new company.
