AN amicable conclusion was reached between the British Transport Commission and the Clarendon Haulage Co.. Ltd., Preston, concerning an application by the company, at Manchester, on Tuesday. .

which were not specified on his user. An operational schedule was submitted for examination.

Two customer witnesses claimed that they would be in difficulties if they were deprived of -the Clarendon transPort. '• Mr. P.
