FOUND guilty on two charges of failing to keep records of hours worked, John Oliver Foulds, Fleetwood Road, Fleetwood, was fined a total of £10 by Fleetwood magistrates last week. .Albert Foulds, Victoria Street, Fleetwood, a C-licence holder, was also fined £5 for failing to keep records.

The magistrates dismissed a summons against John Oliver Foulds for driving a vehicle for a continuous period of more than five and a half hours. Be pleaded not guilty.
