The Metropolitan Police is seeking information and witnesses to the murder of Robert Wilson at the premises of Chessingtonbased haulier AGS Transport.

Wilson was found dead last Friday morning by AGS driver Neil Wright as he arrived for work. The police believe Wilson's death from head injuries was as a result of a break-in at the premises between 7.30pm last Thursday and 6am on Friday.

Mark Sales, the owner of AGS Transport. says the intruder or intruders entered via a glass skylight. "They may have thought that our safe contained money but there was only paperwork and a mobile phone inside," he says.

The police say the thieves stole the safe and a truck from AGS after killing Wilson:The truck was later found burnt out in Roehampton, south London but the safe has not yet been recovered.

Sales says: "It's a great shame because Bob was the heart and soul of AGS."

The firm is now arranging victim support counselling for Wright. He is struggling but he is back at work today [Monday)." Sales adds."He's on a job with six of his mates:' • Contad the police on 0208 217 6461 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 080o 555 I
