POLICE HAVE released e-fits of two men wanted in connection with a truck hijacking in Birmingham last month (CM 18 September).
At 8.30am on 10 September the 35-year-old driver was travelling along the Aston Expressway, when a white panel van pulled in front of his green Scania.The men jumped into his cab punched him and snatched his keys.
His load of wine and spirits was unloaded in Aston and driven away in another vehicle. The offenders drove the truck to Canwell, where then the) doned it with him inside.
The first man is descri white, clean shaven, 6ft tal 35-40 years, with short,fair. hair and a Birmingham The second man was wh 6in tall, and of medium bui black hair and a large nose. aged 28-32 and had ink-dot on his left hand and fingi also had a black fingernail ring finger of his left hand appeared to be bruised.
