• A range of 15 /17-seat coaches known as the Axcough Clubman and based on the Austin-Morris EA 8ft 6in. wheelbase chassis is now available from Cars and Commercials Ltd, 67 Lower Leeson Street, Dublin 2, Eire. Also available is a 19-seat coach on the 10ft wheelbase chassis. The basic specification consists of a steel-framed body, with U-section bearers and pillars, large, flat windows with fixed glazing, ventilation by front canopy controllable louvres, lift-up roof light and rear dome extractor, and semi-luxury coach seating. Other features include stainless steel exterior mouldings, front canopy illuminated name panel. fluorescent strip interior lighting, and plastics laminate finish.
Basic body price, including delivery to Liverpool. is £1695 for a 15-seater and £1875 for a 19-seater. The coaches are also obtainable through the recognized UK dealer network.
