vehicles at Guy Lodge Farm in Whitewebbs Lane, Enfield, subject to the following conditions and undertakings: • authorised vehicles shall not exceed 75-tonne GVVV; • bank statements from an account in the name of the company for July, August and September 2013 are to be provided to the Office of the Traffic Commissioner in Eastbourne by 31 October; Im no trailers are authorised to operate from Guy Lodge Farm; • the authorised vehicles shall be parked within the farm premises; • authorised vehicles shall enter and exit the operating centre in forward gear at all times; • David McEwan will attend a training course for new operators provided by the Freight Transport Association or any similar trade body within six months. A certificate confirming attendance is to be provided to the Office of the Traffic Commissioner.
