LININGS made of grp are now being offered on the Coldsaver range of refrigerated vans made by Freight Bonallack Ltd.
At the same time the company, an Alcan subsidiary, has announced a lightweight ISO container of sandwich construction and 5.5m (18ft) refrigerated rigid van body with movable bulkhead. The van body has been specially built for Louis C. Edwards (Manchester) Ltd for tong-distance distribution of mixed loads. Canned meats and so on are carried in the front compartment and nonrefrigerated produce at the rear— loading being facilitated by two Jo/oda tracks. The body also features a side loading door.
