)NDON Transport's Round London sightseeing tour carried a ord number of passengers for the second year running in 78.
Despite poor weather, London Transport's ex-Bournemouth en-top Fleetlines, backed up by hired open-top buses, coaches d a batch of its own conventional closed Fleetline doubleckers, carried over 679,000 passengers on the service.
Despite 1977 benefiting from Jubilee Year and boasting a 20 r cent increase in passengers from 1976, in 1978 loadings ;reased by a further 6.5 per cent.
