Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Up at Oulton Park Racing Circuit in Cheshire ERF has held what it calls "the firstever commercial grand prix".

Seventy-five drivers from the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands took part in a series of driving skill and manoeuvrability tests. The winner was Keith Gorrall, of T. K. Gorrall Ltd, Ribchester,

near Preston, whose impressive 4,553 points earned him the ERF Trailblazer Trophy and a cheque for £150. Like all the competitors he drove an ERF BSeries tractive unit with 40ft trailer.

I must say I wondered what they were doing up there when I saw one contest was titled "Wall of Death"! I learnt that it was a braking test: each lorry had to approach a cardboard wall at 30mph or more — timed electronically — and stop as close as possible with one application of his brakes. Some went right through.
