PAKISTAN is to receive advice from a two-man London Transport delegation on how to run its urban bus services.
Buses in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi and Lahore will be studied by an area traffic manager and a retired assistant chief mechanical engineer.
Their trip results from a request from Pakistani leader General Zia to Prime Minister James Callaghan.
The LT team will make both long and short term recommendations which could possibly lead to an order for nevv buses.
