Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

awo recent issues of Steaming magazine have provided the Hawk with a pleasant diversion from the endless football and tennis on the box. This quarterly journal includes everything you wanted to know about traction engines but were afraid to ask. Each issue includes an Engine Owner's Column which gives topics and agendas of meetings and conferences. Steaming Around gives reports and lists events throughout the UK, while Around the World has photographs of engines spotted from Belgium to Columbia. In the winter 1997/98 edition Roger West writes about a visit to Estonia where he went on the trail of the Garrett traction engine. In the spring 1998 edition Dave Smith's narrative of his trip to the 1997 St Patrick's Rally at Upton in Cork will make you wish you were there as he recounts his adventures with his Keeling 1909 8hp Burrell agricultural 3121. Steaming is free to members of the National Traction Engine Trust; membership costs £20, or £10 to pensioners.
