YORKSHIRE AGGREGATES can base 11 vehicles at Armthorpe Quarry, Holme Wood Lane, Doncaster, subject to the following conditions and undertakings: • the operator will provide the traffic commissioner with 28 days' original bank statements and other financial details to show the licence holder has access to the required financial facilities and funds of £47,200; • the vehicles authorised under the licence will enter and exit the operating centre using the entrance located in the north-west corner of the operating centre only; • there will be no operation, movement, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles at the operating centre before 6am and after 6pm Mondays to Fridays; before 6am and after midday on Saturdays; and there will be no operation, movement, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles at the yard on Sundays and public holidays; • vehicles authorised under the licence using Armthorpe Quarry, Holme Wood Lane as an operating centre will be rigid only and will not exceed 32-tonne GVVV;

• the operator will install an effective wheel wash system within 24 months of the grant of the variation application, so that all vehicles authorised under this licence will pass through it immediately before leaving the operating centre. Until such time, a road sweeper will be used twice a day to clean the road immediately outside of the entrance to the operating centre.
