MARKETING public transport has recently become fashionable but is badly understood, according to the Cranfield Centre for Transport Studies. From February 4 to 6 next year the Centre is holding a threeday course, "Introducing marketing for public transport" with sessions devoted to marketing theory and practice, market research, marketing management and cases studies.
The course fee is £90 inclusive and application forms can be obtained from Roger Slevin, Centre for Transport Studies, Cranfield Institute of Technology, Cranfield, Bedford MK43 OAL.
