the lower decks of double-deckers operated by Ribble Motor Services, Ltd., is to be discussed by the North Western Traffic Commissioners. The company gave this reply to a passenger who corm plained about the practice.
"If there is sufficient backing for the prohibition of smoking in some parts of double-deckers, no doubt the Commissioners will express an opinion about it in due course." they said.
