MR. PHILIP RACKHAM has been appointed home sales manager of A.C.V. Sales. Ltd. He was previously south-eastern regional manager. MR. P. J. ARROw, formerly divisional manager, south-eastern region, has been appointed to succeed Mr. Rackham,
MR. W. L. RUSSELL, Midland divisional engineer of the Road Haulage Executive, has been recommended as general Manager of Dundee Transport Department. He was at one time maintenanee superintendent of Edinburgh Transport Department and engineer and deputy manager of Stockton-onTees Transport Department. ,
MR. R. W. WALKER, A.M.I.M.E., has been appointed representative of the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders in South America. He succeeds to COL. K. Ft. STIRLING-WyLLLE, who has been obliged to return to Britain because of ill-health. Mr. Walker has served for several years as representative of the A.C.V. group in South America. The appointment of MR. A. E. GRANT-CROFTON as European representative of the Society has been confirmed.
