Volvo Trucks has invested in a new truck centre in Budapest, designed as a "one-stop-shop" for truck owners. The centre offers the complete product range along with leasing and rental options, used trucks, maintenance and service contracts and Volvo Action Services.

Spraybrake has installed a 7mhigh spray booth at RH Bodyworks Paint & Accident Repair Centre—the Suffolkbased division of the Roy Humphreys car and commercial transport group. The booth's height is designed to accommodate the specialist vehicles used by Formula One Grand Prix racing teams to move their cars around the world.

Union Trucks, the Scania distributor for the North-East, is investing £1.5m in a purposebuilt commercial vehicle site at Washington, Tyne and Wear. Scheduled to open in April 2000, the truck sales, parts and service centre will operate 24 hours a day.
