Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• C.V. (Sales and Repairs)Ltd., Basildon, has acquired the adjoining works vacated by Albert Mann Engineering Co. Ltd., and the adjacent site of Basildon Tyre Services Ltd., where a new workshop building is nearing completion.

These new service depot facilities cover an area in excess of 6+ acres and will allow the company to treble its existing workshop capacity to accommodate approximately 100 vehicles.

Existing Leyland Group spare parts holdings, already exceeding £200,000, are also being increased proportionately. Twentyfour hour, seven days per week repair, spares and breakdown services will continue to operate, reinforced by an increased day and permanent night shift staff.

Fixed charge maintenance schedules are being introduced and pre-MoT inspection services will be operated on a flow-line principle.

These maintenance facilities, run on the same principle, are also being installed in a new extension building now being erected to C.V.'s existing depot at Penarth Road, Cardiff.

The company holds main distributorship rights for AEC, Albion, Leyland, Scammell, Butec and the John Thompson (Transporter division).
