11 Christian Salvesen has specified an SAF air-suspended selftracking axle at the rear of the bogie on 23 13.6m Gray and Adams reefer semi-trailers so load distribution is not compromised by a conventional tri-axle bogie. The axle adds about £1,500 to the cost and 200kg to the unladen weight.
