Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

GOODS VEHICLES with a maximum permissible weight of 7 tons and over will be prohibited from using Swedish roads which have E numbers and other national highways which have a number less than SO during holiday periods this year.

The ban will operate during the afternoon and evening generally between either 2pm or 4pm till lOpm.

Exemption will be granted for perishable or other difficult traffics.
