RESIGNATION of three directors from the board of David Brown and Sons (Huddersfield) Ltd., which they joined in July last at the request of the Ministries of Supply and Aircraft Production, was announced last week. They are Mr. S. S. Hammersley, M.P., who was chairman, Mr. T. C. Guthrie and Mr. Robert Officer.

The remaining member of the board, Mr. David Brown, who is managing director, stated that, with the approval of the Ministry of Production, steps were being taken to appoint new directors in place of those who had resigned.
