RYDER Truck Rental has made David Fenn its personnel director, based at Ealing, West London.
He was previously with AFA Minerva, the Thorn EMI company, as its company personnel manager, and has 20 years' experience of personnel management.
Mr Fenn succeeds Robin Rhodes, who is now senior district manager in charge of Ryder's depots in London and the West Midlands.
