New trailers for old
TRANSPORT operators who sign an agreement to buy or lease a Crane Fruehauf or Dennison dry freight, insu lated or refrigerated van semitrailer between September 25 and November 17 will be given three months' free use of the van after the date of delivery.
At the end of the period, the customer will have the option either to purchase the trailer outright for cash at a guaranteed price or to acquire it on hire purchase or through a leasing plan arranged by Crane Fruehauf's own finance company.
Participants in this "Leaderplan" scheme may trade in used trailers against new vans and will also be able to rent one van at a substantial discount for every van purchased under the scheme.
