Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The November 5 issue of Commercial Motor will be a big one, combining a full-size normal issue with a special Ford Operators' supplement. The latter will feature details of Ford's new operational costing system; a road test of one of the recently-introduced models; an intriguing forecast of future truck marketing trends; and special articles on noise control, Ford buses in regular service, and the range of back-up services. There will also be an article with the challenging title: What does your dealer think of you? This November 5 issue will also carry extensive summaries of the papers on the EEC, coach safety and design, insurance, and the potential for Continental tours operation which are being presented at the CM/PV0A Conference in London on November 4. Other staffwritten articles in the issue will be a report by John Darker direct from the Berlin International Transportation Conference and an illustrated description of a new heavy-duty nine-speed gearbox.
