Two Vehicles Bought in Leeds Transferred to Darvel in Scotland Another List S.1 Unit with Premises Sold
AUTHORIZATION for a change of base for two vehicles from Leeds to Darvel, Scotland—a distance of approximately 160 miles as the crow flies—has beerr given by the Scottish Licensing Authority. Bought by Mr. Andrew Smith, Leeds, the lorrica have been transferred to A. Smith (Darvel), Ltd., who already operate a number of ex-British Road Services vehicles.
The Deeping St. James unit with premises, which was offered for sale in list Si, has been sold to Mr. H. S. Allen, Eastgate, Deeping St. James, Peterborough. .
