● A PI on 5 December will consider the transport manager’s repute and three counts of disciplinary action against AL Campbell (Haulage), based in Lanark.

● On 11 December, a PI will look into disciplinary action against Nairn-based Scots Accident Investigation (Services) and consider the repute of its transport manager.
Leeds
● A PI on 5 December will consider two applications made by Green Group Logistics. It will also look at disciplinary action taken against it.
● Disciplinary action against Beverly-based haulage firm Simphil will be looked at in a PI on 6 December. It will also consider the transport manager’s repute.
● Scaffolding firm KML Services UK will have two counts of disciplinary action considered at a PI on 4 December.
