Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Talking with Mr. Henry Garner at the Show, he told us that all the expectations of himself and his brother, Mr. Parker Garner, have been exceeded and that they must, on their return to Birmingham, at once set to work to enlarge the factory (for which, by the way, every provision had already been made). The volume of new business gained at the Show has been more than gratifying and repeat orders have been unusually large. The export business again has made a substantial advance, many new agencies having been arranged. Mr. Garner tells us that he has now disPosed of the whole of his interest in Henry Garner, Ltd., of Birmingham—agents for and dealers in private cars—and that he is now concentrating upon Garner Motors, Ltd., the attention of which is solely devoted to the commercial vehicle.
