Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AS THE VOSA website leaves no options for complaint, may I take this out on CM readers instead?

VOSA stopped one of our Romanian sub-contracters in Scotland for a missing fuel tank iller cap. We replaced this and paid the penalty charge this morning.

However, getting this vehicle released is impossible. The central VOSA number on the paperwork handed to the driver is staffed by a most unhelpful bunch of people.

When I do inally get through to the VOSA ofice in Livingston the only person who can deal with this is in a training session and cannot be contacted.

What a complete waste of time and money. Where the hell is joined up government?
