Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

the Russell Davies Group have been fined a total of .23,620 after admitting a series of drivers' hours and tachograph offences before Felixstowe Magistrates.

The convictions follow similar prosecutions against 26 other drivers employed by the same three companies: Russell Davies (UK), Russell Davies Europe and Russell Davies Haulage. They were fined a total of 1'4,305 in February (CM 1-7 March). Prosecuting, John Everitt said that the charges resulted from police checks on tachograph charts.

The three Russell Davies companies are due to appear before magistrates in May to answer charges involving 107 alleged tachograph offences and six charges of failing to produce tachograph charts.
