• Iveco is to invest over £100m in expanding its French Unic engine-production plant to give a capacity of 15,000 engines a year.
About 400 jobs will be created at the Bourbon-Lancy plant: most of the additional production will be exported throughout Europe.
Iveco estimates that turnover at the plant will rise by up to 283m.
